Aboutus.

We look at your business the way our name says: from above. With websites, process improvement and tools, each on its own or together.

Ways to map your business.

We have our own ways to map how a business runs: who does what, in which system, and where the work waits. Step by step, with a baseline measurement, so you can see where the time and the money go.

On the map, the signals show where work gets lost: slow follow-up of leads, email used as a workflow, Excel used as a database, retyping between systems, rework and things only one person knows.

Mapping is part of Process Improvement. A website or a tool does not need it: every solution can be bought on its own.

The lowest step that works wins.

Every step up costs more money, time and upkeep.

    Agent

“From 120 to 84 a month.” Not “30% less.”

Every number says whether it was measured, given by you or assumed. A percentage always comes with what it is a percentage of. And where a number is not known, we write “unknown” instead of making one up.

What webelieve.

Four ideas behind everything we make, from a website to a tool.

  1. 01

    Understand first, then build

Automating a broken process only makes it break faster. So the analysis always comes first.

  2. 02

The simplest thing that works wins

A template or a field that must be filled in beats an AI agent, when it solves the same problem.

  3. 03

    One process at a time

We choose one process and measure it properly, instead of a little of everything.

  4. 04

Revenue or costs: where the gain is

Sometimes the money is in selling more, sometimes in spending less. We go where the gain is.

Where wedraw the line.

What someone refuses to do tells you as much as what they promise.

  • Promise a saving we have not calculated

  • Make up a number

Where it is not known, we write “unknown”.

  • Save money by working around rules

No advice whose saving comes mainly from skipping rules, collective agreements or safety checks.

  • Give final legal or tax advice

Where a legal, tax or employment question comes up, we flag it and refer you to a specialist.

  • Change your systems ourselves

We write down what has to happen; a person on your side presses the button.

  • Take data we do not need

No special categories, and one client’s data never reaches another.
